Who is responsible

This site and store are run for chef Serhat Doğramacı’s Doğramacı Design brand. For any question or request about your personal data, reach us through the contact channel below.

What we take when you order

Full name, mobile phone, email, delivery address (province, district, street address), an order note if you add one; for a company invoice, the company name, tax office and tax number; the items in your cart and your choices (such as a name to engrave).

We use these to prepare, ship and invoice your order and to contact you about it. Legal basis: forming and performing the contract, and our legal obligations (KVKK art. 5/2-c and 5/2-ç).

The IP address of the connection that sent the order is saved with it, to stop floods of fake orders.

Card details

Payment is taken on the secure page of PayTR, a licensed payment institution. Your card number and card details never reach us and are never stored by us.

To make the payment possible, your name, email, phone, address, the order amount and the item list are passed to PayTR; PayTR tells us only the result of the payment.

Who we share it with

PayTR, for the payment; the courier carrying your order, for delivery (name, phone, address). The site is hosted on Cloudflare, where the data is stored. We share it with no one else and never sell it.

While you browse

To see which pages are read, to tell real visitors from automated software (bots) and to protect the site from abuse, we run our own visit counter. It records: the IP address and the approximate city and country derived from it, the internet provider, the browser and device type, the pages visited, the site you came from, the time spent on a page and how much of it was read, and store actions such as adding to the cart.

The counter uses no cookies and shares nothing with advertisers. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f).

Your cart is kept only in your own browser; it does not reach us until you send an order.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice details are kept for the retention periods set by tax and commercial law. Visit records are deleted automatically after 180 days, store action records after 365 days.

Your rights

Under article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it and its purpose, learn who it was passed to, have it corrected if incomplete or wrong, have it deleted where the conditions are met, object, and claim compensation for any damage.
