Shipping and returns

Shipping

Items are shipped by courier to the delivery address in Türkiye given at checkout. Shipping is free.

Your order is prepared and handed to the courier within 2 to 4 working days of the payment being confirmed; the tracking number reaches your email when it ships. Delivery never exceeds the legal limit of 30 days.

Knives are not sold to anyone under 18 (Misdemeanours Law, art. 43/C). For an order that contains a knife, the buyer declares at checkout that they are 18 or older; an order found to be placed by someone under 18 is cancelled and paid back in full.

When the parcel arrives

If the parcel looks damaged, ask the courier to write a damage report on delivery, then tell us. If you notice a problem only after opening it, tell us anyway; we will put it right.

Returning an item

1. Within 14 days of delivery, fill in the Problem with my order form and choose “I would like to return it”, or email info@serhatdogramaci.com.tr with your order number.
2. We send you a return code for our contracted courier.
3. Pack the item and hand it to the courier with the code within 10 days. Return shipping is free.
4. Within 14 days of your notice, we refund the full amount to the card you paid with.

Engraved items

Items engraved with a name at the buyer’s request are made to the buyer’s personal specification, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to them (Distance Contracts Regulation, art. 15). The product page and the cart show this before you order.

If the engraved name differs from what you wrote in your order, the item is faulty and your rights below apply in full.

PDF books

PDF books are not shipped. Once your payment is confirmed, a download button opens on your order result page and you save the file from there. If you close the page, your order number and the email on the order bring you back to the download on the same page.

PDF books are intangible goods delivered to you at once, by electronic means, when the payment completes; the right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to them (Distance Contracts Regulation, art. 15/1-ğ). The product page and the checkout page show this before you order, and the checkout page asks for your confirmation. If the file does not open, arrives incomplete or is not what you ordered, your rights for a faulty item apply in full.

A faulty or wrong item

If an item turns out faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (art. 11) lets you choose one of: withdrawing from the contract, a price reduction in proportion to the fault, free repair, or a replacement free of the fault. Any shipping this needs is on us.

Tell us through the Problem with my order form or by email. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, we suggest asking the courier to write a damage report on delivery; your rights stand even if you notice it later.
